What this website collects
Nothing you type. The BMI and calorie calculators run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are never transmitted to us and are gone as soon as you close the page.
Basic technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and reliability purposes.

What happens when you contact us
The contact page provides links to WhatsApp, email, and telephone. Choosing one opens your own app; there is no form on this website and nothing is submitted through it.
Once you contact us directly, the conversation is handled by that service under its own privacy terms, and by us under our professional confidentiality obligations. Please do not send detailed medical information over WhatsApp or email — we will arrange a secure way to collect it if it’s needed.
